1996 - A humble beginning
1998 - Provided turnkey solutions on IT Education in Chennai for more than 25,000 students
2001 - Established Cyberskool at the Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Centre, Chennai, in partnership with the Tamilnadu Government

2003 - Content development division emerged as an extended arm for the support of the IT

Hari believes that e-learning is the perfect blend of technology, innovation, subject expertise, creativity and child psychology and is the very cutting edge of education that is going to revolutionize learning in the 21st century.
Hari started Hicommands in his early 20s and is One of the pioneers of ICT and e-learning in India. He has touched the lives of nearly 500,000 students across schools in India, Malaysia and Sri Lanka over the past 12 years.
Hari is also the Co-Founder and CEO–Asia of ESWOTS, a JV of Hicommands and F1Group, UK, which provides game–based multilingual content for primary schools. The content created by Hicommands has been nominated for the prestigious ERA awards 2009, UK.
Armed with a Bachelors degree in Physics and an Advanced Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, he combines a flair for technology with a passion for education.

Sena Prasad is an illustrious finance professional, with more than 15 years of experience in every aspect of Finance, Legal and Administrative Services. He is credited with the remarkable turnaround of CHANDAMAMA, a heritage publishing brand that is a household name among Indian children across the world.
Being a personal financial consultant to leading business families in South India, Sena combines financial acumen with a rare sense of business. His rich experience in Merchant Banking, Project Finance and Private equity coupled with his ability to drive the Operations management of the company is his core strength.
Sena is also the CFO of ESWOTS.
A Post-graduate in Commerce, Sena is also a Fellow of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (FICWA) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FICS).

Lakshmi Priya is a HR professional who has been an integral part of the Hicommands' growth story.
She brings administrative experience and a unique ability to work out win–win solutions. Priya is also a multifaceted creative person with varied interests.
She founded Kala Netrii Learning Academy in 1999 to make a difference to the cultural and social learning needs of the city.

Professor Silas Lwakabamba obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree also in Mechanical Engineering from University of Leeds, UK.
After his PhD, he taught in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
He served as Director of Training and Extension Services at the UN-sponsored African Region Center for Engineering Design and Manufacturing in Ibadan, Nigeria.
Prof Lwakabamba served in leadership roles at different universities such as Head of Department and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at University of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania; Vice Chancellor (Rector) of the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology, Kigali, Rwanda; Vice-Chancellor (Rector), National University of Rwanda and Vice-Chancellor, University of Kibungo, Rwanda.
His performance earned him trust to be appointed Rwanda’s Minister of Infrastructure and later Rwanda’s Minister of Education.
All along he has been involved in Institutions and Network building.
Professor Silas Lwakabamba has been and continues to be a Chair and a Member of a number of National, Regional and International Boards and Committees such as the Governing Board of the Inter University Council of East Africa, the Executive Board of UNESCO and many others.
